EVENTS POSTPONED – NORTON AUDITORIUM CLOSED
Dear Shoals Symphony Orchestra Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to postpone both of the following events:
The March performance of Mendelssohn’s – A Midsummer Night’s Dream and now the May 1st performance of Raiders of the Lost Ark
This decision is made from an abundance of caution for all of our Shoals Symphony Orchestra friends, considering the guidance of the Center for Disease Control regarding “social distancing,” the state of Alabama’s stay-at-home order, and the closure of the Norton Auditorium facility on the UNA campus.
Assuming the best outcome for the Fall, we are already rescheduling both of these events in addition to an exciting new season of concerts.
We want to encourage you to hold onto your tickets for this performance, as they will be honored at a future date, which will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
We wish you well, appreciate your never-ending support, and cannot wait until we can once again gather together to experience the healing powers of music.
